Gindi Equities is a multifamily investment platform anchored by the Gindi family, a third-generation family known for its legacy of entrepreneurship, disciplined capital allocation, and long-term value creation. The firm pursues an opportunistic strategy focused on acquiring multifamily assets that offer superior risk-adjusted returns through targeted value-add execution. Built on the strength and experience of its principals, Gindi Equities leverages decades of market expertise, strategic industry relationships, and a longstanding reputation to source and evaluate differentiated, often off-market acquisition opportunities. The Gindi family’s management experience spans more than 50 years across a global portfolio totaling 6.5 million square feet.
Gindi Equities maximizes asset value through strategic capital investment to optimize NOI growth and sustain long-term asset appreciation. We are highly selective and only acquire a small fraction of the opportunities we review and underwrite. The benefits of our model include: (1) Significant GP commitment ensures full alignment with investors, (2) Decades-long relationships and experience help source unique off-market opportunities, (3) Fully integrated acquisitions and asset management team is responsible for sourcing our deals, executing the business plan, and delivering on our investment thesis ensuring pragmatism in assumptions.
Our team consists of exceptional individuals who are experts in their respective fields. While we have confidence in our abilities, we also prioritize continuous improvement in all aspects of our work.
