Our Company

Gindi Equities is a specialized investment vehicle for multifamily assets that leverages our extensive experience, strategic relationships, and successful track record.

Our Origins

Gindi Equities was founded in 2020 by Raymond and Al Gindi as an opportunistic investment platform to acquire multifamily assets that deliver superior risk-adjusted returns through value-add execution strategies. Gindi Equities has been built on the strength and experience of its principals, drawing on decades of market expertise, strategic relationships and a reputation to source and vet off-market acquisition opportunities.  The Gindi family's experience spans a global portfolio of 6.5M SF managed by their family office, ASG Equities, and they are broadly known for founding and operating the internationally recognized Century 21 Stores NYC retail brand.

Our Strategy

Gindi Equities maximizes asset value through strategic capital investment to optimize NOI growth and sustain long-term asset appreciation. We are highly selective and only acquire a small fraction of the opportunities we review and underwrite. The benefits of our model include: (1) Significant GP commitment ensures full alignment with investors, (2) Decades-long relationships and experience help source unique off-market opportunities, (3) Fully integrated acquisitions and asset management team is responsible for sourcing our deals, executing the business plan, and delivering on our investment thesis ensuring pragmatism in assumptions.

Our Team

Our team consists of exceptional individuals who are experts in their respective fields. While we have confidence in our abilities, we also prioritize continuous improvement in all aspects of our work.
