Al oversees all aspects of acquisitions, asset management and investor relations. Al graduated with a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from the NYU Stern School of Business. Al is a member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle, YPO’s Metro NY Chapter, 3i Members network and was named a Notable Leader in Finance by Crain’s Business.
Eli Beer is founder of United Hatzalah of Israel, and President of the U.S. – based organization Friends of United Hatzalah. United Hatzalah of Israel is an independent, non-profit, fully-volunteer emergency medical services organization that provides fast and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel. United Hatzalah has grown impressively since its establishment and now has over 6000 EMT’s, paramedics and doctors volunteering within its framework. Eli has been awarded numerous prizes and acknowledgments across the globe for innovative and lifesaving work.
Alex serves as Vice President of Finance at Gindi Equities, where he oversees the accounting and finance functions for the firm’s real estate portfolio and corporate operations. Prior to joining Gindi Equities, Alex was an Accounting Manager at the family office of Standard Industries, where he managed accounting and financial reporting activities across a diverse investment platform. Alex is a licensed CPA and holds a degree in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business. He also earned a M.S. in Real Estate from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business.
Brian serves as an Associate at Gindi Equities, where he focuses on Asset Management across the portfolio. His main responsibilities include executing investment strategies and overseeing portfolio performance. Brian has over four years of real estate experience across various asset classes. Prior to joining Gindi Equities, he held a position as an Associate at ASG Equities, the family office of the Gindi family, where he managed a retail and industrial portfolio valued at over $1 billion. Brian holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Villanova University.
